How To Play Golf Better – Our Best Tips, Drills, & Instruction

Iโve been trying to get down to a 2 handicap for years. (Currently about a 6.5 – done with a lot of smoke and mirrors)
Was doing a decent job of it too, until about 3 years ago. I developed severe neck, back, and hip pain from poor mechanics and weak golf muscles.
That last part was a bit of a stunner since I’d worked out 6 days a week for decades at that point. (It’s always the boring muscles that are most important: glutes, hip flexors, core, etc.)
My practice went WAAAAAAAY down because I just couldn’t.
I lost most of my fundamentals – a good thing in some cases because that’s how I got injured.
But, I lost the good ones too. I’m fighting to get them back, plus learn a new way to swing at the same time. (Maybe I’ll start a blog series covering what I’m doing – I figure others could benefit too)
I own a few online courses, the best training aids, watch & read what the pros do, and try to put int into practice.
